Academic Scholarships | Herbert College of Agriculture

During the 2022-2023 academic year, the Herbert College of Agriculture offered $1 million+ in scholarships to its students. The continuous support and generosity of our donors, who make these awards possible, allow our students to focus fully on their collegiate experience.

The Herbert College of Agriculture and its individual academic departments offer scholarships. Some are awarded to entering freshmen, but most are awarded to enrolled students who have met academic requirements in their majors.

For incoming freshmen, to be considered for competitive scholarships, you must submit your admissions application by the November 2 early action deadline. To qualify for institutional scholarships, you must apply by December 15. Your application information will be forwarded to the college. Award decisions are typically made in mid to late spring.

For incoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors, to be considered for general university and the Herbert College of Agriculture scholarships, you must complete the Continuing Student Undergraduate Scholarship Application by March 1. This application opens in January each year.
